Contingency recruitment is a recruiting service where a recruiter or recruitment agency is only paid when a candidate has been successfully placed. Typically, in contingency recruitment, the recruiter works on a “no win, no fee” basis.

In other words, the fee for the recruitment service is contingent upon the recruiter filling the open position, with a qualified candidate who meets the requirements. This means that if the recruiter is unable to find a suitable candidate for the position, the client doesn’t pay. However, if the recruiter successfully places a candidate, they will receive a fee. This is usually calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary.

Interview coordination:
