Refer a friend

At We Search People, we reward people who recommend friends or family members. The rules are simple – refer a friend who is looking for work (they must not be registered with us already) and if we are successful in placing them in a permanent position, we will reward you with:

$200 e-Voucher for each person placed in a permanent position on completion of 3 months employment.

There is no limit on the number of people that you can recommend or the rewards you can earn.

T’s and C’s
Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if We Search People has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time 12 months prior to the referral being made.
Referral candidates must be placed within 6 months of the referral being made.
Where more than one person introduces the candidate, we will operate on a first-come, first-served policy.
Payment will be made when the candidate has completed 3 months of employment.
In the event of any disputed rewards, We Search People’s decision will be final.
