PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION

The Position

This is an exceptional & unique opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our client in their Alpharetta, GA office – the successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in Commercial Construction from cradle to grave, and will have experience of working for a well established General Contractor or Developer.

This role will be managing our client’s South Eastern projects in NC, SC, FL & GA.

Requirements

– Experience as a Construction Project Manager for a well established General Contractor or Multi-Family builder
– Commercial project experience, from the beginning of the project
– Experience with the whole project cycle including Estimating, Scheduling, Reporting, Negotiating etc.
– Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills
– Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
